Over the years I have had many of these humbling moments when I am faced with the reality that it’s not always about the equipment we use or the 22 years of experience we bring in order to provide the communities of Northern Indiana with cleaner air to breathe. I have had a number of people in the professional industry tell me that “Carrie (the receptionist here at VacMan) is one of the best they have ever experienced. She is pleasantly excited, intelligent about the services we provide, asks the right questions and seems to have a genuine concern for the well being for whomever she is speaking with.” Along with answering the phone, organizing the workload and sending out beautifully hand written thank you cards Carrie has been my wife and best friend for over thirty years.
I can still remember holding her shaking hand as we prayed over the deposit check for our first truck. Joy, laughter and tears have all been a part of our journey. Together we have cleaned residential homes, apartment buildings, professional offices and even many industrial jobs. This field work has given Carrie much needed knowledge to help the past, present and future customers of VacMan. This experience coupled with Carrie’s loving heart helps VacMan stand out from others in the service industry and especially the air duct cleaning industry. Thanks to all those who have reminded me over the years that having the RIGHT TEAM is just as important as having the RIGHT EQUIPMENT.
